Provide Jodi with specific questions and/or concerns you have about the Nutritarian lifestyle (nutrition, health, wellness) at least one week before the appointment, and she will spend your time together sharing insights and resources that revolve around your needs.

Jodi will aid you through the four week online program, encouraging you to fill out the forms, watch the movies and understand the content.  She will answer your questions and be available to help you make it through your first four weeks of your new lifestyle shift.

Jodi is available for community speaking engagements and private intensives.  She has a specific interest in heart health.  Bartering options are possible. Email her with propositions below.

Jodi lives between Washington (Pacific time)  and Michigan (Eastern time).
